PS Series Optical Lanes are designed to move authorized personnel at a fluid rate and are equipped with retractable glass barriers that provide an effective way of prohibiting transit to an unauthorized patron. Optical beams automatically sound an alarm as soon as an un-authorized attempt is made.

The PS-107 is a mid-height optical lane that is pre-programmed either "Normally Open" which only closes the barriers when an unauthorized entry is attempted (ideal for high volume areas) or "Normally Closed" which opens the barriers only when positive identification has been presented.
