UL, Class 350 - Fire Test

1. Fire endurance test at UL

4 thermocouples places inside the safe should not exceed 350ºF(177ºC) for 2 hours (1hour heating and extra 1hr cooling) during outside temp rising to 1,850ºF(1,010ºC) as shown in the graph (Non-impact interior temp)

2. Explosion hazard test at UL

The closed furnace is preheated up to 2000ºF(1,093ºC) and quickly insert test sample to the preheated furnace and maintain furnace temp for 30min at 2000ºF (1,093ºC) See the graph (Impact interior temp).

3. Test Result

Fire-endurance test: Newsprint and/or crumpled paper balls were readable without scorch and burnt out

Explosion hazard test: No explosion of the cabinet was noted as a result of the quick thermal shock.













UL, Class TL15 - Burglary Test

The safe shall resist entry when attacked using the tools such as any common hand tools, picking tools, portable mechanical & electric tools, grinding points, high-speed and carbide drills not exceeding 1/2* diameter for a net working time of 15 minutes.
